Most frequent questions and answers

We accept all major credit/ debit cards & PayPal. Bank transfer is available, bank details will be provided at checkout. Want a little bit of time to pay for your order? We offer Buy Now Pay later with PayPal. You have options to pay over 3 months or 0% Interest for 4 months. Click here for more information.

Do you offer trade accounts?

Yes, we can offer trade accounts. Click here to download the application form. Please send this to sales@customiseitnow.com

Can I check the garments before I order?

We do offer a samples process. To order samples please place an order for plain garments(with no logo). Once you have checked these please return and we will issue a full refund or can use the credit towards a future order.

What format do you require for my artwork?

Embroidery: We can accept a PNG or JPEG file. If you do not have this please send over a photo of your current workwear and we can see if our artwork team can work their magic for you.

Print/ Transfer: We require an AI or EPS file. This is to ensure that your logo is the highest quality & to avoid any redraw fees. If you do not have these formats please send over as a PDF & our artwork team will review to see if the quality is suitable.

What is your turnaround time for customised orders?

Our standard turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. We do have an express option which is 1 week if ordered before 2pm, surcharge £2 ex VAT per item applies) All express orders must be placed with our sales team on 0191 3789539, express may not be available during our busiest times.

What is your turnaround time for plain orders/samples?

For plain garment/ samples our turnaround time is 2 – 3 working days.

I need a rush order?

We can offer express turnaround which is 5 working days if ordered before 2pm, surcharge £2 ex VAT per item applies). All express orders must be placed with our sales team on 0191 3789539, we may not offer express during our busiest times.

Do you accept returns?

We can accept returns for plain items returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Customised garments are unable to be returned as we cannot reuse the garments or return to supplier. If you have received a faulty item please contact our sales team on 0191 3789539.

Are there any setup charges?

We do not charge any set up fees for logos.

How much is delivery?

For orders over £100 we offer Free Delivery to GB Mainland. Orders under £100 have a delivery charge of £7.50.

Delivery to other areas:

Scottish Highlands: £24

Northern Ireland: £24

British Islands: £28
